This is the *old* BCOL that needs to pretend each incoming data stream in an SNMP Element.

To do this you must ensure

  • sysObjectID = 1.3.6.1.1.2929
  • elt.description = Quallaby

Else you will end up with some wierd behaviour.

You may also see subelement families randomly change from a defined family to 'bulk'. We've still not been able to find out why this happens - appears to be related to when a sub-element stops producing data for several discovery periods, then starts again
