The Dynamic Inventory that is being triggered by the Dynamic Discovery Formulas that are delivered with the Cisco Device Technology Pack.

To determine if dynamic inventory is active and monitoring, use the tail command as follows:

tail -f <$DC_HOME>/log/proviso.log |grep INVARIANT

To determine if a dynamic inventory was triggered , use the tail command as follows:

grep RE''INV <$DC''HOME>/log/proviso.log |grep Invoke
